Courtney dreamed up this piece at the Philadelphia Flower Show, inspired by the array of planters that she admired. The heart-shaped leaves are hand-patterned in solid 14k gold and sterling silver.

Boulder Opal is a mixture of ironstone and opal found in Queensland, Australia.
