Lemon Chrysoprase is a translucent bright apple green chalcedony, its colouration due to the presence of nickel. It is the rarest and most valuable of all chalcedonies, and at one time was often mistaken for jade.

Garnet is the name used to describe a large group of silicate, rock-forming minerals. Each species of garnet have similar physical properties and are similar in crystal form, they do however differ in chemical composition.
